What are Team Strides opening times?
We are open Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
How long do dies last?
If a die is not used, it will normally begin to corrode after around three years.
How long does artwork take?
Artwork is usually completed within 24 hours.
Can I collect my parcel?
Yes. Simply let our team know when you would like to collect your order and we will arrange it.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What is a die?
A die is the precision metal tool used to manufacture your badge.
How long is delivery?
After artwork approval, bespoke badges take around 3–4 weeks. Standard badges usually take 7–10 working days.
What courier do you use?
Most orders are sent using Parcelforce on a 24-hour service.
Can I change my artwork?
Yes. Before production starts, you can request as many artwork changes as needed.
Is Lapel Pin Badges associated with Team Strides?
Yes. Team Strides is our sister company.
Do you manufacture fully bespoke badges?
Yes. We specialise in bespoke enamel and metal pin badges made to your design.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT and carriage unless otherwise stated.
