Die-Struck for a Crisp, Premium Finish
A steel die is cut from your artwork, then each badge is struck from metal before being hand-filled with coloured enamel and polished. The result is a recessed, tactile badge that holds its colour and detail for years.
We offer both hard enamel (polished flush, glass-like finish) and soft enamel (enamel sits within recessed metal lines, giving a slightly textured look) — we're happy to advise on which suits your design.
