Artwork is usually completed within 24 hours of receiving your design.

Yes — as long as production hasn't started, you're welcome to request changes to your artwork proof.

A die is the precision metal tool used to stamp and manufacture your badge design. A one-off die cost applies per design.

If a die isn't used, it will normally begin to corrode after around three years.

Once artwork has been approved, bespoke badges usually take around 3–4 weeks. Standard badges are normally delivered within 7–10 working days.

Most orders are sent using Parcelforce on a 24-hour delivery service.

Yes — Team Strides Ltd is our sister company.

It varies by product — most enamel, cloisonné and photo-printed badges start from 50 units, while cufflinks and tie accessories start from 100. You'll find the exact quantity breaks and pricing on each product page.

Any format — email us a logo, a photo, or even a hand-drawn sketch. Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF give the cleanest result if you have them, but they're not essential; our team will recreate your design as needed and always send an artwork proof for your approval before production.

It depends how the badge will be worn. A butterfly clutch (included as standard) is the most secure choice for regular wear, a brooch pin is quick to attach and remove, a magnetic fitting avoids pin holes on delicate fabrics, and a rubber fitting is available in various colours. See our fittings guide for full pricing, or tell us how it will be worn and we'll recommend one.

Each design needs a one-off die, which we keep on file for reorders. As long as it's reordered within around three years you won't pay the die cost again — dies left unused longer than that begin to corrode and may need remaking.
