What's the Minimum Order Quantity for Custom Badges?
There's no single minimum order — it depends on the badge type. Here's the real minimum for every product we make, plus why ordering more than the minimum can actually cost less per badge.

Why Order More Than the Minimum?
Every product is priced in tiers, and the per-badge price drops at each one. As a real example, our 25mm enamel badge goes from £1.61 each at 50 badges down to 66p each at 500 — less than half the price, for the same design and the same £39 die cost spread across more badges.
If your order is close to the next tier (say, 40 badges when the next price break is at 50), it's often worth rounding up — you'll pay about the same overall, or less, for more badges.
Ordering for a group with changing numbers? Tell us your rough range (e.g. "50 to 100") and we'll quote the tiers either side, so you can decide once you know final numbers.
Reordering Later?
We keep your die on file, so a repeat order of the same design skips the die cost entirely, as long as it's within about three years of the last order — even if your reorder is smaller than your original minimum order.
